1-1 APPLICATION
These general conditions apply to the rental of location for events, ceremonies or photo sessions concluded with its customers for the property located in Via per Binda 8 in Stresa (VB), named “Villa Virginia Superior”.
1-2 GENERAL INFORMATIONS AND TERMS
The rented property will be used by the Customer to organize a reception and host his own guests, to realize shootings or other events previously agreed by the Lessee. It may be provided the administration of food and drinks and musical entertainment. Specialized staff will be responsible for these additional services provided.
The property is in optimal conditions of conservation and maintenance;
The property is fully furnished.
1-3 RESPONSIBILITY
Villa Virginia Superior declines all liability in case of theft, loss or damage to the personal effects of the customer during his stay. The customer will be held liable for any damage, deterioration or vandalism that may occur due to the occupation of the premises and/or because of the participants and/or personnel for which he is responsible, movable assets, decorative and real estate property belonging or not to the Villa.
The Customer undertakes to stipulate a temporary insurance for possible damages to the rented property.
The Customer undertakes to maintain the premises in good state and condition, the same conditions in which they were at the conclusion of this agreement. Any damage is at his own expense.
1-4 TRADE AGREEMENTS
The amount due for the lease of the location will be agreed with the Customer depending on the event/ package chosen. Siae’s rights are charged to the Customer, in the event that, during the event/celebration, music is disclosed, beyond the cost of catering, unless expressly included in a promotional package.
The Customer undertakes to pay by bank transfer or cash, in advance before accessing the premises and upon issuance of a regular receipt.
The Customer undertakes to send to the Lessor a deposit of 50% to confirm the reservation for a requested date and to obtain the exclusive use of the location. This deposit will be refunded in case of non-use of the property, if the cancellation request is made within 60 days before the event.
1-5 COMPLIANCE WITH RULES
The Customer undertakes to comply with all the Municipality Rules regarding nocturnal noises and principals of good survival with the neighbourhood.
At Villa Virginia Superior, pets are not allowed and smocking is severely forbidden.
1-6 FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure means any event external to the parties with an unpredictable and insurmountable character, which prevents either the customer or Villa Virginia Superior from fulfilling all obligations under the contract or a part thereof. It is so in the case of prohibitions promulgated by government authorities.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the mutual enforcement of contractual obligations and that each contracting party bears the cost and expenses incurred.
In the event that the reservation is cancelled due to demonstrable force majeure, will be issued a voucher of the value of the amount to be used within 365 days from the date of its issue, subject to the availability of the Villa.
1-7 PRIVACY
Your data will be processed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data (EU Regulation no. 679 of 2016).
1-8 APPLICABLE LAW
Any complaint, to be taken into account, must be made at the Structure within a period of 10 days from the date of stay.
Jurisdiction for any dispute arising from this contract is the Court of Verbania and expressly the parties indicate that this contract must be understood as governed by Italian law.
